Ensuring your physical safety from the beginning through to the end of the property buying experience involves both minimizing your unnecessary exposure to potential contaminants, and ensuring you are properly equipped and coached to safely tour prospective properties.

As your representative and in order to secure your safety throughout the process I will:
  • Guide you towards only those properties that, in my professional opinion, truly suit your wants, needs, and budget,
  • Provide you with the technical know-how and, if necessary, the technology required to conduct your search and purchase ‘virtually’,* and
  • Take it upon myself to travel and tour properties on your behalf in order to pre-screen properties, or facilitate virtual tours of prospective properties.

With all of these provisions in place you will enjoy the added benefits of
  • Touring properties from the comfort of your own home (or location of your choosing),
  • The option to record the tour for future reference, and
  • Minimizing the time, inconvenience, and expense of traveling from property to property.

Safe Sale

Ensuring the safe sale of your property involves not only protecting your family’s physical safety, but also the security of your property. As your representative and in order to safeguard your person and property during the selling process I will:
  • Provide you with the technical know-how and, if necessary, the technology required to conduct your sale with minimal exposure to potential contaminants,*
  • Create a thorough and professional photo and video profile of your property to facilitate virtual tours,
  • Ensure that only serious and qualified buyers accompanied by a licensed real estate professional are given access to your home,
  • Put in place the hardware required to secure your property during the sale--for example, electronic lock boxes,
  • Provide items like disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizer for use by visitors to your property, and
  • Conduct virtual open houses.

Most of these provisions not only serve to protect your family and your property throughout the selling process, they all serve as excellent marketing tools enhancing the exposure of your property.

Of course keeping your investment safe is also one of my highest priorities. The safety of your investment, however, means more than simply paying the right price for the property now. A comprehensive understanding of the investment and the potential return on that investment requires research and professional insight.
For this reason I provide my clients with:
  • Solid comparative market analyses that compare the listing and closing price of comparable properties in your market to those you’re considering buying right now,
  • Dependable analysis of relevant historical trends, calling attention to relevant factors and statistics from the past that may impact the future value of a prospective property,
  • Professional insight into developments and proposals that my impact the value of prospective properties in the future, and
  • Reliable analysis of the income potential of prospective properties based on prevailing market conditions.

Of course, there are no guarantees and sometimes the image in the crystal ball is obscure, but by providing this information I seek, above all, to ensure that my clients are equipped to make informed decisions.
